"The property was way bigger than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The main floor was spacious and airy. The bedrooms are all a good size. The outdoor space in the back wasn’t used much, but it was nice to have. The house host was great to work with, very communicative. If this property is available the next time we visit Philly, we would definitely stay there again. "

"The place is very modern in an area slowly becoming gentrified. Easy entry and the place is huge. Lots of stairs! But worth the awesome view from the rooftop. The host said the hot tub would take 3-5 hours to heat up but with the outside temp being what it was when we arrived it took around 8 hours and we were ready for bed by that point. Also it said the hot tub water was past due for changing which made us cringe a bit. You could tell the house hadn't been professionally cleaned or used in...

"What a gem in South in Philly! Amazing location, walking distance to amazing restaurants and attractions. Super accessible to Center City or if you're heading down to the stadiums. Beautiful apartment with everything you need nearby. Gabe & Jon are amazing hosts and I love their online guide with specific check in instructions and a detailed guide about the area attractions. "We took our oldest grandsons to Philadelphia for the Yankee game. The apartment was nicely decorated, neat, and clean. It is 2 1/2 miles from Citizens Bank Park stadium. My biggest suggestion is to find a parking place when you arrive in the area and walk or use an Uber for the rest of your time as parking is very difficult"

All activities were within a 15 minute drive and we always felt safe in the area.
