"Property is as advertised and photos are accurate. Kitchen is well supplied with dishes, pots, etc.. Building is well up a hill so though groceries are available close by, walking would not be easy with a load. This building is back off the road and you have to hunt for 64 as it is behind a couple of other buildings. Once you find it, access is easy though the keys are touchy.Be aware that the outside door self locks and you need a key to exit the building."

"Wir waren im September 14 Tage dort und haben uns in dieser abgeschlossenen Wohneinheit sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige Wohnlage nette, sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. In der der unmittelbare Nachbarschaft ist ein typisches italienisches Lokal. Die beiden Seen kann man in wenigen Minuten erreichen. "First off-Andrea was gracious to let us in early but the address of the property is wrong so after several times walking up and down the street we found the place only after messaging Andrea for the exact location. He had said he left the key in the door so in the 1st floor terrace. USA 1st floor is street level and Italy is apparently the next level up so then we couldn’t fnd the unit. Luckily, I could smell cleaning supplies and found the housekeeper in an upper unit cleaning. She couldn’t...

"Es war sauber, gut ausgestattet, betten waren auch ok. Die neue sommerküche ist super, großer kühlschrank, herd mit induktionskochfeld. Der pool natürlich das highlight. Waren im haus eigentlich nur zum schlafen und im Bad. Mücken waren ärgerljch, aber dafür kann die vermieterin ja nichts"

"jolie maison qui demande un ménage à fond. Avons trouvé beaucoup de poussière sur les hauts des armoires et intérieur de tête de lit matrimonial. Il y aurait le très lourd tapis à jeter, car sent le moisi.Avons trouvé sous ce tapis des petits scorpions morts, dont un vivant. Les poêles devraient étre changées, usure importante du teflon. Mention four et grille-pain à enlever du détail, car inexistants. Bref, joli endroit."
