"I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. One smoke detector and had to call for battery, which they came quickly. There’s lots of sleeping arrangements but not really room for much more. We still had a good time but wish they put a little more effort into the place."

"Our children, their spouses and their children joined us for a Labor Day weekend fun time. It was the perfect spot for all of us and they were in the water from morning to dusk. The owner answered our calls promptly and was very helpful,"

"House was perfect for our group with a large property good for the kids!"

"The Host was quick to respond and very accommodating to my groups needs. The place itself was clean and well furnished. That being said the neighborhood is a little far from any grocery or restaurant, but nothing a Lime Scooter can’t fix. A great place to stay in Grand Rapids."

"The Lake House was the perfect place to welcome the year’s first snowfall. The property is well maintained and the house was lovely. Wally welcomed us on our first day and we immediately felt comfortable as he gave us some great pointers and recommendations. The kitchen came well equipped, we had plenty of towels and the beds were all clean and comfy. "

"We had Katelyn's place as an overflow house for or annual family ski weekend. Most of the group stayed in Lowell but a few of us stayed at Katelyn's. We were only really there at night but it was perfect for wat we needed. The house is spacious but cozy, the beds were comfortable and the fenced in yard was great for our dogs. The house was clean and in a cute little neighborhood right by the lake.I would definitely recommend Katelyn's place and would stay again!"

"This house was the most well stocked of any of my many rentals, so impressed with the attention to detail!"

"Our family of four adults had a very nice stay, while we were in the area visiting relatives for a week during the winter. The house was very comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was large, well stocked, with a good size table and bright lighting. The living room had lots of comfortable seating. Both bathrooms were good sized. The large garage looked like it was well stocked for summer fun. The owners had the house nicely decorated, and the driveway was clear of snow."

"Second stay at this location. Pool slide still not working and hot tub closed. Desk chair pealing. Front desk workers were average. Could be a little more welcoming. The server at the bar/restaurant was awesome. She was running a lot working hard. The kitchen ran out of a lot of food on Valentines day weekend. Should have been more prepared. But she handled it with grace and was very kind about it all. Sadly the next 2 days the bar/kitchen was closed. "
