"If you love older homes, this house is a gem! It has so much character. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. The beds are comfortable. We loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings. It was very peaceful! We highly recommend the house!"

"The house, property and lake exceeded our expectations. The boat house had a canoe and more kayaks than we expected. Plenty of water vests allowed 6 people to enjoy the lake at the same time. The house is beautiful and spacious. We had a great week!"

"Check-in was a breeze and the kitchen was well-appointed and very clean. Location is spectacular. A canoe and two kayaks were provided and we used them every day. If you want to see bald eagles, this is your place!"

"As advertised. Clean, spacious, modern. This is a remote area and a fantastic way to leave everything behind. There's no cell service here (by my carrier, at least), so it was actually nice to not be bothered by incoming texts. The on-site wifi is very strong, so you can stay connected if you wish. There was some good fishing on the river - right in the backyard. At night while lying in bed the gentle breeze creates a white-noise effect on the roof, lulling you to sleep. We'd definitely...

"I stayed here with a few friends to do some hiking and mountain biking in the area. It was perfect. Extremely clean and I have to believe this is one of the nicest places in Millinocket to stay. About 0.8 mile from downtown. We hope to stay again."

"It was fine for what we needed, we needed a place to sleep for a couple of days while we attended a nearby wedding. It was pet friendly, my wife liked the living room and the kitchen some parts looked like they were being remodeled. My son and me got to watch the football game on their big screen tv.
