"Place was was perfect for our stay! It was clean, had everything we needed to make a nice coffe, wash laundry and cook breakfast/dinner! Also very conveniently located. Quite neighborhood. We originally booked for 3 nights but needed one night added, they were very fast and accommodating to our request."

"Over all it was a very good stay. The house was as stated in the listing. It was clean and stocked with everything in the listing. The only issue I had I was supposed to be able to check in prior to 3:00pm did not get the information until 3:30 when I had to contact the property manager. He got me what I need and everything else went very well. He may have been having a very busy day and lost track of time. "

There are 2 very nice, high-end refridgerators; Icemaker on neither of the worked. Owner brought over a portable, counter-top ice maker. Major issue was lack of hot water. After complaining to the owner, he turned up the thermostat for downstairs bath. I later learned that the upstairs tenants also have virtually no hot (barely warm) water, and it seem to shut...

"House was amazing! New, clean and spacious! Felt right at home! Additionally, when we arrived, our WIFI was not working. We were on a business trip, so it was very important that we had WIFI. I called the owner and they responded quickly. We were given the option to stay at a different property nearby or wait for a technician to come out. We chose to stay and the tech came out the following morning and saved the day!"

"The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to navigate to all parts of Tulsa . Staying in the house met all expectations and the host could not of been more helpful when I had need to contact them . Having stayed in many vrbo properties this one rates amongst the best . There is no irritating list of does and do nots . TVs are of a watchable size and fitted with Roku A friendly message at the end of the stay to advise how to leave things is perfect . . Would highly recommend. "
