"Floors were clean, free of dust particles. Staff was great! Food was great! Soggy was awesome!! He went above and beyond to give us what we wanted. His staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will return soon!"

"Hotels.com messed up with communicating with the Hotel. They did however agree to a refund. I did get a room when someone canceled. Apartment was quite nice and comfortable. Location was great, close to entertainment and beach and town center. Overall experience was very satisfactory. I recommend this as an inexpensive, lovely hotel experience. "

"The Open floor layout was very nice. The cleanliness of the unit was perfect. Very safe quiet neighborhood. The pool area was well maintained. Easy check in and check out of property. The property manager was readily available for any questions that arose. Self check in and check out. Nice place to stay for a weekend getaway."

"O apartamento é na beira do mar, inclusive com piscina. Tivemos um problema na hora do check-in, pois o porteiro do condomínio não encontrava nossa reserva. Ficamos um bom tempo aguardando ele fazer várias ligações. Até quem um dos moradores, que também aluga apartamento lá, nos deixou ficar em outra unidade até que a situação seja resolvida. Não fizemos o check-in e saímos para comer. Quando retornamos, outro porteiro/vigia conseguiu contato com o escritório e nos encaminhou ao apartamento...

"The staff is great and work hard to ensure your stay is great. The food was awesome. The house is well maintained and kept super clean. The house is beautiful and offers plenty of room. "

"The place was very nice. However, the place is not within walking distance to the downtown area as stated on the site. There also was construction work that was disturbing for 2 days. Overall, I really enjoyed the place! "

"We had the best time! Hats off to the entire crew at Sandpebbles. Javier, Marianne, Dell and Nicholas made our trip unforgettable. Just amazing. Let Dell cook up all of her favorites! We told her what we liked and let her go from there, every meal was amazing. If you’re looking for an excursion, go to the Blue Hole! It was EPIC. We can’t wait to return."

"Beautiful location and stunning house and grounds. One of the best parts was the house staff!! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Chef Christina was amazing at making meals for the adults and kids! We ended up staying home for every meal! To top off this trip, we have made lifelong friends with BJ. He was incredible with the kids and they will never forget him! "

"We were a party of 10 including kids. We were taken care of so well. We all enjoyed the hospitality! Everyone looked after us well!The only thing that we would have liked differently is cleanliness of the kitchen, the pots and pans etc. not used to seeing the old worn out utensils being used to cook so found that a bit put off. Had to book late dinner times for all as people were booking weeks in advance on line. 2 dinners we waited over an hour then walked out as we still hasnt been served a meal. "Pior hotel que já estive em toda minha vida . Serviço péssimo , pessoal mal educado , café da manhã horrível , tudo de muito ruim . Mas duas coisas me chamaram mais atenção . A primeira é que as Fotos são ilusórias , as dependências do hotel são horríveis , e a segunda é pior , o hotel fica longe de tudo , portanto era esperado que tivesse como comer no hotel . Fizemos o pedido pelo cardápio, não tinha NENHUM dos pratos listados , a solução foi pedir um hambúrguer . 25 de espera e vem o rapaz da cozinha informar que não tinha como fazer , sem dar maiores explicações. Acredite que ainda , mesmo vc deixando um valor como garantia no hotel , qualquer pedido precisa ser pago NA HORA . Foi um verdadeiro horror , fujam disso . "
