"The pictures do not do justice to this great apartment! It is fresh, modern and well appointed. Our host went out of his way to welcome us and was easy to communicate with. We were two couples traveling together and the apartment worked out well for us. The panoramic views over the old town and then the mountains beyond are breathtaking! The location is excellent for a visit to Sulmona, minutes away from sights, shops and restaurants. "

"La casa è in una posizione fantastica e mette a disposizione un terrazzo molto bello e molto utile. C’è stato qualche inghippo ma poi tutto si è risolto. Anche grazie alla pronta comunicazione con il proprietario. Consiglierei di dotare l’appartamento di un ripetitore del segnale Wi-Fi poiché il segnale risulta un po’ troppo scarso e segnalerei per tutti altezza in certi punti un po’ troppo critica! "Renaud accommodated our crazy schedule. He explained everything about the place to us. No detail overlooked. So clean. The location is convenient to a piazza but with that does come some noise. We would definitely recommend this place in Pescara. "

"Barbara and Enzo were perfect hosts and we had a warm welcome - even the fridge was filled with some basic food stuff and beverages. Barbara also had very nice proposals for excursions, restaurants etc. Overall the apartment was perfect for us (family with one child) and we really enjoyed the stay: walking distance to the beach, garden with trampoline etc. and everything clean & well maintained"

"We added this stop to the end of our two week Italian vacation of the big cities. It was just what our family needed to decompress. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and the house is so very impressive. The pool was great for the kids and the Adriatic Sea is a nice drive through the countryside if you want a beach day. We hopefully will be back in the future. It is a big house for 4, but it gave our family a chance to spread out after our long vacation together!"
