"It is a very unique house in a good neighborhood. Less than 1 mile from the state capitol, about 1 mile to Coors Field. The people were fantastic from the minute we were at the front door until we finished our last breakfast. One of our favorite experiences."
"Staff was friendly and accomodating. I loved the Pendleton robes and bedding. The text communications were very nice prior to check in and during the stay. Coffee in the bar area was nice. Other reviews mentioned street noise. I was on the third floor and when I made a point to listen for cars, I did notice. It would only be a problem for light sleepers."

"Nice space and relatively clean room. Do wish there was somewhere to hang towels and fix the leaky faucet in the kitchen. Struggled to clean plates as there were not cleaning supplies. Appreciated the amenities and I would stay here again! The homeless were a bit of a nuisance but manageable. But overall, a very pleasant stay! "
"We found bed bugs on the linens / beds!! It`s such a disgusting experience. It was Christmas Eve, December 24th and, instead of checking in and going out tohave dinner and celebrate, we found ourselves waiting for the housekeeping to come and change everything on our beds, including the mattress cover and duvet cover."
