"Price- excellentLocation- excellentFor the price what I received was good. Could have been cleaner but it was decent. If you’re looking to visit New York without breaking the bank, I would recommend. The location was in a prime location, so close to Times Square and lots of shopping and restaurants. They should definitely remodel this property because it could be amazing with some remodeling. "

"We visited NY for the Subway Series game at Yankee Stadium. I chose this home for its closeness to the stadium and set up. There were a couple of issues with home upon arrival, but nothing that hampered our stay. Parking is hit or miss. "

"The VRBO was cute. For what we paid, I would’ve liked to see better. The rugs under the bed and couch were very dirty. Multiple spills of random things all over them. We were given one washcloth and one hand towel for a family of four, on a 4 day trip. There wasn’t one towel hanger to hang a towel on, after our showers, in the bathroom. We had 4 towels that needed hooks.The sofa sleeper is incredibly squeaky and loud. My son couldn’t move without it waking us. The communication with staff was...

"Upstairs apartment in an older detached house. High ceilings and big rooms lots of character with wooden floors and sash windows. There was everything we needed amd more, lots of thoughtful additions. Toothpaste and brushes, toiletries, slippers, ear plugs and more. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Big comfortable beds, spacious rooms with extra blanket and pillows. Great bathroom and we loved the shower. Area was very quiet. Shops for basics a few minutes walk then 5 to 10 minute walk...

"My sister and I stayed one week while visiting her granddaughter. The host was great! Had a bit of trouble figuring out the TV but she was very on top of it! Actually thought the size was really nice and the neighborhood is quiet. My only advice to the owner is put up a couple mirrors :) Over all I would totally stay there again! "

"We had a wonderful November week in NYC thanks also to this characteristic little brownstone apartment, located near the strategic 125th subway stop, so it was possible to get back and forth several times in a day. Cozy and comfortable for 2 people, overlooking the inner courtyard, very quiet and with small kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast and some hot food. Be sure to visit the neighborhood, with some nice walks to the North and West! "

Quarto espaçoso e silencioso, configuração e decoração exatamente igual as fotos do site, boa limpeza, camas confortáveis, muitos armários e cozinha bem equipada. "Hotel modesto, mas que cumpre ao preço pago a que se propõe. Instalações limpas e banheiro comum reformado. Não tenho o que reclamar da limpeza. Funcionários do lobby não são rudes, como tinha visto em algumas reclamações sobre o hotel. Lógico que, com a grande circulação de hóspedes, eles são pontuais nas informações. Apenas dois funcionários foram bem ruins - mas infelizmente não lembro o nome (um senhor é uma mulher). Hotel de ótima localização. Me hospedaria lá novamente"
