"This property was a perfect spot and great price for our stay during the Spooky Nook tournament this weekend. The location is amazing (five minute drive) and the property had everything we needed (stocked kitchen including cold water bottles, great washer/dryer combo and comfy bed). We would definitely stay here again."

"The property was clean and well put together! As described in the listing. If I had to change anything, I’d have the lawn done before guests arrive, fixed the smallish cut in the front door screen so bugs couldn’t get in and had a cutting board available. Minor things. Really though, a nice little place. We’d stay again!"

"Such a great location and close to everything! Easy walk to bars, restaurants and shopping! The pictures do not do justice as the house of gorgeous and so comfortable!!! Brian is very accommodating and easy to reach as well! I highly recommend! We will be back! "

"The pictures are spot on. It is just as clean and well decorated as listed. The whole space has been updated. We had a group of 6 and fit comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with clean and new cookware perfect to make vacation style meals. It has a decent counter space to serve. The space is comfortable and is one of the cleanest rentals we have had. Nice little outdoor space. The owner is wonderful and knows history of the area if interested and great restaurant recommendations."

"My husband and I stayed at this property while visiting our daughter who attends Miami. About a 22 minute scenic drive to Oxford. Property was super clean and accommodating. Made a few home cooked dinners for our daughter and played Galaga in the game room. Loved having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Would highly recommend."

"Was good to have a bed for all the adults. Love the island. We had it loaded with food. Only cooked hamburgers on grill. Couldn’t get fire pit to work. We tried both tanks. Would use the place again if could get same rates. We take family once a year and pay. Last year was Cedar Point. Had few ants both morning sink area and wall. "
