Completely renovated with stainless steel appliances, central air, dining area for the family, fully tiled shower and bathroom, bedroom with a queen bed and loft area with a full size bed perfect for the children! Enjoy the beautiful historic 12-14 ft windows! There are 15-20 steps up to the unit so be mindful of this when booking.

Great Cincinnati Retreat
My family has stayed here a couple of times when going to Reds games. Absolutely fantastic location and super clean residence. My son LOVES the loft bed! We will definitely be back.

Girls getaway
This is a nice inexpensive option if you are just needing a place to sleep. We loved the conservatory that is just minutes away. It was a quick drive to anywhere we wanted to go to. Brian was responsive to our concerns.

Great Location - No Frills
I would have rated this a 3.5 if it gave me the option. 3 is a little low but a 4 is too high. Cleanliness- It’s clean but not CLEAN. The vents corners bathroom walls etc could all use a thorough clean. Fridge and garbage can hadn’t been wiped down on the outside. The ceiling above the loft bed was grimy. My son didn’t notice but it needs a good washing. The place itself was as described. Very vanilla decor or lack of it. No pictures on the walls. There were planters with dead plants hanging on the wall. We were just there to sleep so it didn’t really matter to us. No couch. Parking was fine. One night we didn’t have a spot on the street and had to park around the corner. Neigbourhood seemed very safe to walk back to the place. Noise. Be aware that you are on the main floor of an old building with a suite above you. The people above starting moving around at midnight. The first and third night wasn’t a problem as they were probably getting ready for bed and it didn’t last long. The second night they played loud music right above the bedroom and the base kept us up past 3am. Tried getting a hold of the VRBO owner but with it being so late he did not answer. Called VRBO and they said they had 5 contact numbers but no one answered. I was hoping he had the residents number or could direct me to their door so I could ask them to turn down the base. I’d be concerned if there was an issue late at night while staying there as they may not respond.

Cozy Little Place
This is a very cute and cozy place. The pictures were exactly as described and the instructions to enter were easy to understand. The beds were nice and firm. Full kitchen to get groceries if necessary, we only really had time in our schedule to sleep and shower, so didn’t utilize the kitchen like we could’ve. The ONLY downside to this place was it seemed it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. There was hair everywhere. The bed had a lot of hair on it (long blonde) so we removed the top cover and pillows and went to Walmart and purchased sleeping bags to sleep on the sheets in the bed. Also the shower liner and curtain needed cleaned or replaced. If this place had a good deep cleaning it would’ve been perfect. It wasn’t horrible. Also there were a lot of bugs, but I think that was just from the location, we did wake up with bites (NOT bed bugs). The owner was very communicative before the stay, so I’m sure if I would have reached out, everything would’ve been handled, but our days there was so busy we only had time to shower and sleep in the vrbo, so wasn’t a deal breaker. It was still a cute place, and the location was great if you were needing to be near UC like us. Plenty of street parking and lots of friendly people with friendly dogs. Safe area to walk. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to book in the Cincinnati area.

Wonderful location! Nice place.
I love the neighborhood, just up the street from Eden Park, and it was very close to Xavier University, which was the purpose of my visit. The place is spacious and nicely finished. The property manager was extremely responsive and kind. I will likely stay here again when I visit next!

The place was easy to get around in. I have no complaints. We made dinner, had nice hot clean shower, comfortable bed and quite neighborhood to sleep at night.

Great location - clean & comfortable site.
Perfect location for visiting Cincinnati -especially if you want to see Eden Park. Beds were very comfortable (my 7 year old LOVED the loft bed) and finding a parking spot on the street in front of the residence was never a problem. Would definitely visit again!

Overall this was a great place. It is a little challenging getting your luggage up the steps, but not bad. It was nicely updated. Parking was easy. Bed is comfy but very firm. I think the floors could use a good mop cleaning. Other than that it was very clean. I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

This was a well cleaned, cozy place that was listed for a great price. It's close to everything you will need. The kitchen is fully stocked and the little loft is adorable. I would definitely stay here again!!!!! Just for your information there are 3 towels which was plenty for us, but if you need more id bring more. The loft is for children. You can not stand up up there. You can duck and sleep in the comfy bed tho if you are an adult. Again these things would not stop me from staying again. Just giving you some prep info. You park on the street, which in our three days was not a problem at any point, even late at night there was a place to park.
