BEDROOM #1 Located just to the right of the front door, this bedroom has a door you can shut. The Queen bed is memory foam and there is a ROKU TV.
BATHROOM #1 Located in the entrance hallway, this bathroom features a full-length mirror and a tub/shower combination.
KITCHEN Full kitchen with brand new appliance, including a Keurig and coffee pods. Four bar stools make it easy to eat at the kitchen island.
LIVING ROOM, the kitchen and living room are open concept. You have plenty of space and windows to make this room feel very large. Comfortable couch, ROKU TV, and a dedicated work space make this perfect for anyone!
BEDROOM #2 This bedroom is in the open loft upstairs and has king size bed, ROKU TV, full length mirror, large closet, and a full bathroom off the room.

The units are right on the Little Miami River and also on the Loveland bike trail. There is a fully operational brewery and restaurant on location. Most people bike, or walk, or hike. But, you will need a car, Lyft or Uber to get to the property. We are very close to Kings Island and Camp Cedar. Nestled in a natural setting, the apartments offer easy access to the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail, shopping, area offices and I-71.
We use the August Home application, which means there are no keys to lose! We will send you further instructions on how to enter the loft building upon booking and payment.

• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• You must notify the host of any pets you plan on bringing (certain dog breeds are not accepted).
• Dogs must be on leash while outside units.
• Dogs must be non-aggressive and socialized around other dogs.
• Please pick up after your dog.
If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.
If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
