"This review is overdue. I went to Puerto Rico for the first time for my 50th birthday. It was a solo trip. The resort was great. The beachfront view was everything I didn't know I needed. The host ( Nasir) was fantastic. I can't say enough great things about him. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was memorable. "Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. "So, first worries were "How inexpensive is this? Whats Wrong?" Basically nothing. This place is great. It is small, and that probably keeps the clientele more adults only. The guy on the weekend (Angel maybe?) was outstanding, nice, exceptionally bilingual. It is ON the beach. Not THE best beach in all of PR, but really quite good enough. Walkable, not too rough, some sandy bottom but want shoes if walk further out, some rocks and Urchins. But wouldn't trade this stay for the world. Street...

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a cute and comfortable home very tastefully decorated and super clean! It was a special touch to already have toiletries available and supplies for making coffee too! What a nice touch! We all fell in love with it! Very convenient to shopping and many excellent restaurants close by. This was located in a safe and quiet residential area. We will return again for our next PR trip.
