"Absolutely excellent love the neighborhood everything was easy to walk everything was very convenient love just stepping out the door and onto the beach was only a block away easy walk restaurants convenience stores pharmacies all within walking distance I absolutely loved it at night it was very peaceful and quiet the rental was super clean super bright and gorgeous and had everything you needed if you decided to cook or whatever but because of the restaurants and the locations of everything...

"Highly recommend. Newly renovated cozy apartment spanning 2 separate floors (2nd and 3rd) located 1 block from Jax beach. 2nd floor included 3 bedrooms and 2 baths along with kitchen, dining and sitting area. 3rd floor included 1 bedroom and bath and large outdoor patio. The unit was clean and decorated nicely. The location was great! Lots of restaurants near by in walking distance. 2 parking spots. Host was attentive and nice to work with. "

"Apparently the room had used bedding, since there was a pillowcase with lipstick marks and long strands of dark hair, in addition to the other pillowcases and sheets being with several strands of long hair and other numerous short strands. The cleaning also left something to be desired, since there were, for example, lamps with a lot of dust. In addition, broken elevator, broken towel washing machine (which can justify the apparently used bedding and with hair and lipstick). There were also no towels for the beach. The impression I had is that the previous guest left the room and they simply ran their hand over the house and stretched the sheet and crumpled the pillows. I don't recommend it."
