"The area felt very safe and was mostly quiet. Property was clean, bright, and a lot more room than we expected! Host was welcoming and did not have a long list of rules or cleaning expectations. It could use some basic instructions for the elevator and espresso machine (a basic coffee maker would have been nice.) "This 3rd annual Manhattan Beach trip was by far the BEST! :) The largest contributing factor was Ala’s home, hospitality, and how well he’s fully stocked home with all the unique luxurious amenities, cleanliness, and the fact of all the good energy in the home from the TLC Ala’s put into it. "This property worked well for our three-night stay -- Grandma and Grandpa in the master bedroom, with relatively large private bath (lots of counter space); adult daughter, her husband, and twin 4-year-old boys in the other two bedrooms with their own bath, albeit small. A rope swing and soccer ball in the front yard provided a mini-playground for the boys, and the living room and kitchen provided indoor room to roam.
