"I didn’t realize I had to check in at the front desk to get our wristbands and pay a fee, in the past, the wristbands were in the room. We did have a water pressure situation throughout the complex for one night, the facility wasn’t super responsive, generally 1 of the 4 elevators was not working, but this room was very nice. The washing machine however is very visibly moldy and does need a professional to clean it. I have never seen one so bad. The dryer lint trap was clogged with lint, we did...

"The beach house was great and accommodated our large group. It has direct beach access across the street making it an easy walk with little kids. The pool was perfect for the kids. Kim was amazing and quick with responding to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!"
