"Terrible installation: it cannot be considered a hotel! It was just a bedroom used by someone and it was dirty, with water flowing in the vase, no towels. The rain came inside the entrance of bedroom!! Windows could not be closed and we had to sleep with mosquitoes. II WANT MY MONEY BACK: IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A HONEYMOON! Contacted the property mgr a couple of times with the first time on Sunday, on the key for the casuta door and was advised that someone would come out and no one did. We contacted again on Wednesday and still no one had showed up like we were told. And we checked out today which is Saturday. "

"The place is right across from tide pools which were perfect for little kids and adults alike - 1 minute west, the beach was awesome for kiteboarding - lots of surf and great winds. The pool is awesome for all ages. There’s a couple restaurants down the road that serve awesome deep fried goodness and a wal mart 10 min away for grocery pick up. I HIGHLY recommend the Frances Marie Bakery down the road for breakfast … or lunch or all day really… pastries are good for you. If you head like 20...

"Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!"

"I'll start by saying that depending on what you're looking for and how you adjust to things will determine how you feel about this place. The property is not new so if you're looking for a contemporary "shiny" and "fancy" vacation home, this isn't for you. There is a smell but I believe Jose gives fair warning in the property summary. "The apartment is very nice. Very clean, air-conditioned and peaceful. The hospitality of the owner was great. She was very kind and greeted us upon arrival. Overall, my stay at Family Villa was great. I look forward to booking again to stay in the near future. The apartment is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, pharmacy and about a 45min drive to San Juan. Very great location. I will definitely recommend friends and family to stay at this location."
