"Wonderful place to stay. LM and GM are great hosts. Place was immaculate and sitting out at night looking at the oyster bars is an amazing experience. Choko is one of the last real Florida experiences left and this property exemplifies it. Thanks again!"

"Beautiful clean comfortable room with a beautiful view. I was not able to make phone contact close to closing time to let them know I would be late. I got email instructions about their after hours system after I already arrived. None of this is a big deal, but a text message near closing time would have been good. "

"Great property on the water, but renters should be warned that Stan's bar is just across the canal, and the bands are really loud... all day long. The unit is could use upgrades throughout, especially in the master bath and kitchen. The photos in the listing make the space seem a lot newer and lighter than it is. Most screens had holes in them, so fresh air - especially in the evening when the mosquitoes were thick - was not an option. Not an issue in the summer, when AC 24/7 is the norm. But...

"This place was a great find. Really unique in different ways. Booking and checkin were flawless. The owner responded real time. The boat was really clean and ready for our arrival. The property is great with a ship store with more than essentials. The living quarters were very comfortable and well equipped. We took advantage of the pool ( which was great) and the new nearby restaurant is a treasure. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. We had a few minor issues that we relayed to the...
