"Such a magical place. Attention to detail was amazing. We cooked a great dinner on the grill down at the lower deck with a nice evening fire and a glass of wine. I was so looking forward to an outdoor shower and this one really hit the mark, a great treat. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to our hosts Tom and Lisa. We will be back. "Staying at AJ's place was at a clean, and safe environment. The house was about 20 minutes from the airport and in the midst of a quiet neighborhood. This (3) bedroom house was close to restaurants, the downtown area and the river front. The beds were comfortable, and all the bedrooms were neatly furnished. Consequently, we slept very peacefully during our 3-night stay. The wide screen TVs worked perfectly, and the shower was very relaxing. We will definitely stay here if we visit Syracuse...

"Check in was great. The property was great. The view and location was great. We watched lots of sailboats and geese in the water. There was a huge hot tub for us to enjoy. We BBQ'd on the grill and had plenty of dining seating indoors and out. Also a nice propane fire pit to sit by sipping on our wine the host left for us. There was not a pool like the listing said but we didn't mind. Overall great stay and would stay there again. on our wine "

"Absolutely loved this home! Very quiet and serene despite being on a busier road. Short 10 minute drive to Hamilton and one of the cleanest places I have stayed. Adorable little home with everything you could ask for. Owner even left us a welcome note and there were mints in a bowl when we walked in!"

"Our group really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were larger than expected and comfortably accommodated our group of 7. We really enjoyed that there was plenty of room for all of us to hang out. Easy to navigate to and very clean! There was also a small market close by and it was very easy to get to Turning Stone. Host was very communicative and responsive."

"This home on Lake DeRuyter was perfect for our extended family vacation. The house was equipped with all our needs. The owner was responsive with questions. The dock was perfect for fishing and swimming was great as weeds were well controlled. The property is dog friendly as well, which made this vacation even better. Will definitely stay again!"

"We rented this place when we moved our YA into Syracuse University. The location is near the school and other areas we needed to access. The condo is beautiful and well appointed with everything needed for a stay. The host was a pleasure to work with also. We were also safe. This house is in an area that appears to be going through a revitalization but we felt safe and secure. We would stay here again. "

"The location was very convenient to the golf course we were playing at - Roques Roost Golf Course (West). The views of the lake were lovely and the place provided plenty of room. Our host (Rachel) was very responsive to our queries and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay in this area around Oneida Lake."

"My family had such an amazing stay! This was the most well equipped home we have ever stayed in. They had everything we could ever ask for and more! The whole house was so thoughtfully put together and having games/toys/plates for the kids made it all so much easier. Fawn also kindly let us check in early so we could get our family settled in easier. Super close to Verona Beach State Park which was great, so clean and friendly. Highly recommend staying here!!! "

"We were thrilled with this home! It’s been renovated and has everything you need to feel at home. It was very clean, the beds were great, the kitchen was fully-stocked, the backyard was huge and perfect for playing catch. Everything was clearly thought through.
