"The renter is not worth coming about the fact that her home is on a very steep hill. I told her I was a senior and had foot and ankle and knee surgeries and had a hard time walking. I saved up to rent a place all year. When I got there I had to call her to find out how to get to the lake. It is so steep I couldn't find an entrance to the lake, I finally found a foot wide muddy, slippery path which was 90 degrees straight up and down. "This cabin is “charming” as stated in the listing. It is an older house that has been updated to reflect a modern aesthetic. There is a jet tub in the bathroom if you want a “spa” type experience for your bath. The amenities include a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The wi-fi worked well. The host welcomes guests with snacks and water on the kitchen table. Nice touches that invite a re-booking in the future. "

"Lou-Anne and Rick were extremely helpful and accommodating. The cabin was immaculate, well-appointed, and picturesque. We asked to bring our small boat and they helped us with logistics and navigation of the ponds. Lots of fish and fun. Our family our last gasp of summer ."

"What a beautiful serene cottage on the lake. Our stay was impeccable…from the on going communication with the property manager to the card, flowers, and pie in the fridge. He knew we would be arriving late and went to turn on lights and make sure everything was ready for us to just hop in bed after a long day of traveling. "Everything was perfect! The food was delicious! The cabin was decorated so cute, the bed/linens were so comfortable and very high quality, and they had thought of everything you might need while staying there. We had access to their kayaks, so we enjoyed an afternoon paddle on the river. Dreamy. Our hostess was super helpful with planning our day trips. "The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. Toms of fun activities to keep kids and adults occupied with games in the basement.
