Beautiful cabin getaway on Green Lake

Located on the south end Green Lake on a private bay in Chisago City.
Lake size is 1810 acres. Great for fishing, boating and other recreational activities. Boat launch less than a mile away and dock space available for you if you bring your boat. We have 2 kayaks, a paddle board and paddle boat for your use. This cabin is located next to our home but is totally private. Depending on our schedule much of the yard would be available for your use. Private deck with great view all the way around. Near Camp Ojiketa, Winehaven Winery and a Brewery, fun shopping. 30 minutes from historic Stillwater, Hazelden, and Taylors Falls. 40-45 minutes from US Bank Stadium and MSP airport.

You can enjoy this cozy cabin with fieldstone gas fireplace, full kitchen, queen size log bed and full bath. An enclosed set of bunk beds that the kids love and great for adults too. Fully furnished with everything you need. Air conditioned, sliding door to deck with a wonderful view. Cool off in the water or lounge on the beach! Also great for a getaway to cross country ski, ice fishing, snowmobiling, view the fall colors or to just have a quiet romantic getaway. Great fishing lake both winter and summer.

Beautiful, Quiet, and Serene

This property is exactly as advertised. It is a perfect getaway for a couple looking to leave the hustle and bustle of the city/suburbs behind. The property is well kept and the lake is very peaceful. My wife went out on the lake in one of the kayaks and would have stayed and explored much longer except incoming storms chased her off the lake. The nearby towns have great ā€œma and paā€ shops and there is a lot to do nearby. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great family stay. FABULOUS yard with lot of stuff to do. Kayaks were a blast. Nice beach and fire pit along with horseshoe pits. Forget the hotels in this area and stay here.

Fun Weekend at the Lake

The cabin was nice. Had a little trouble getting in and had to wait for a reply from owner. Luckily we had a place to go close by. The beach area and outdoors were beautiful, couldnā€™t sit out on the deck due to mosquitoes! It would have been nice to stay on the grounds but we were busy with family.

Wonderful respite!

My husband and I wanted to do a short get away for our 32nd wedding anniversary. Our 2 nights on Green Lake were just what we needed! Fishing, relaxing on the deck with a good book, star gazing while having a fire, it was the perfect respite from busy lives. The cabin was so comfortable, wonderful bed and very cozy. The outdoor space is so well maintained, it's really better than any other place we ever stayed, including high end resorts! They were so accommodating with dock space for our boat and very prompt communication. Would highly recommend!!

Long weekend

We had a lovely long weekend. The kids enjoyed the swing, the big beach, and they thought the bunk beds were fun. The property was fully stocked with anything youā€™d want, clean, comfortable, and good water pressure. It was a bit rainy for our trip so we spent a couple days at the mall of America. On the nice days it was easy fishing right off the dock. Plus you are in a quiet part of the lake that was easy for paddle boarding/kayaking, but big enough to take the kids tubing if you choose to bring your own boat to tie up at their dock. It was a great space for our family! A few things that would have made it perfect is if there was a dishwasher. Hand washing dishes while on vacation isnā€™t my favorite, but I understood that when I booked it (so pack some paper plates if you want to make cleanup easy). Also kids bunks are closed off in a large closet in main room, so if your kids are light sleepers you may feel the main living space is off limits after bedtime, but this wasnā€™t a problem for our family. Price is appropriate for not being a true second bedroom in my opinion.

Needed a place to unplug, unwind and chill. This was perfect. Clean and nicely furnished. All amenities advertised were as expected. K cup coffee provided was a nice touch.

Beautiful Property Amazing Residence

On a point on Green Lake. Crazy views and amenities galore. The place we stayed at had everything we needed. Complimentary coffee, shower supplies. Everything was appointed. They even prepped the fire before we arrived. You want an amazing experience with a private experience; this is it!
