"The support from the front of house staff is 5 stars. There was a few minor issues that I experienced for my first ever visit to this hotel. 1. There was some hairs on the bed which I had to manually pick up one by one. So this means, the room may not have been cleaned correctly. 2. The coffee machine was not working, luckily I found the plug was not connected. If the room was checked prior guest arrival this could have been corrected. 3. The ensuite bathroom doesn't have a door to close, so...

"Really cool hotel on the inside, but there was some renovations on the outside. The location is a decent walk to the trains or restaurants. I would say the neighborhood was just "OK", so that would be my only reason not to recommend. Otherwise it was a great hotel with a cool and fun vibe. "
