"We absolutely loved our stay here. It is literally 2 minutes if that to the ocean. They have the cutest coffee shop on the corner who serves the very best chai tea and they were super friendly. The view is amazing it over looks some water and there’s a tiny park right across the street. My only complaint would be the cleanliness. We asked if we could check in early and I was going to pay for it but they said no because it needed clean. 4 hrs after I asked for early check in they said we could...

"Staff were really nice and accommodating. We came at 2pm and allowed us to check-in early. Very clean and well-stocked with supplies. Kids wanted to use the hot tub outside but had a hard time figuring out on how to open it. Shoutout out to Cherry (?) who went above and beyond by coming over even if it was already 8pm to help us set it up. My kids had a great time because of your extra effort. Would love to stay here again. "

"We loved our stay here! The hot tub was great, and the house is only a few steps to the beach. The ocean view from the house is amazing. Walkable to a number of restaurants. It was a very clean home, and we appreciated that they allowed us to bring our dogs. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Seaside!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Commons. The units are very thoughtfully designed, well maintained, stocked with all amenities and perfect for families. The game room and turf lawn are an added bonus!"

"We spent a long weekend in Seaside and this house was perfect! 3 blocks from the beach and a few more from the downtown corridor where all the restaurants and shopping is located. We enjoyed being close enough to walk to everything. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked with the basics. Would absolutely recommend and we'd stay again! Thank you!"

"It's a 100 yard walk to the beach through dunes. Just a block or two away from the promenade. There is plenty of space and a large closet that would be great for a play pen. There are no black out curtains in the rooms, the tub drained slowly. It's an old house that hasn't been updated much but not terrible. Great price for a great view and access to the beach. We had a lovely trip."

"We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony watching the ocean and the rain. It’s an easy walk to the heart of Seaside for shops, the carousel mall and restaurants. Three beds for 3 adults was perfect; they were very comfortable. "

"Great for good and bad weather! A short walk to the beach on a sunny day and cozy to stay in while watching football on a stormy night. Nice a clean, easy to check in/out. We love having a washer/dryer in case we slip in the mud while hiking many of the trails along the beautiful coastline. The hosts are easy to contact if we have any questions. "This beachfront property was absolutely stunning! Relaxing and spacious accommodations with so much room! Multiple levels allowed parties to rest, go to the beach, cook meals, and visit without being crowded. The tidepools on the beach here are STUNNING with green anemones and starfish that are easy to access right on the beach. Each member of our party stated that this was the only beachfront property we will ever recommend. It was that good!"

"Excellent set up for a group retreat. Everything was as advertised, and better. Wonderfully comfortable and well arranged. Kitchen well stocked and set up. Beds comfortable. Heating and cooling great. Wonderful access to beach and surrounding attractions. No complaints. "

Within walking distance to all the shops (less than 10mins), and just a couple blocks from the beach! We loved staying here and hope to come back next summer!"
