"We needed a spot close enough to Albuquerque to meet with people for work but far enough out that we could enjoy a little quiet. This spot was great with spacious rooms and a fun game room where we could unwind. Absolutely would stay again!"

"House was situated overlooking the east mountains, and it could not have been better appointed, comfortable or fabulous! The only sounds we heard were the occasional rooster or horse far off in the distance. No highway noise, no sirens, very few airplanes. It is incredibly peaceful. There is a lot of room inside and out and if the weather was warmer we would have spent all night outside stargazing! Would recommend it to anyone needing to get away from it all!"

"This was a great place for our family ( 18 people) Lots of space for everyone. The game room was a big hit with the teenagers. The host was very nice and helpful. "

"This was a great stay for a family wedding. Perfect location for what we needed. Home was comfortable and roomy for 11 members of our extended family. Kids loved playing in the backyard, on the hammocks and in the gazebo. Indoor game table was also a hot. We enjoyed a backyard BBQ. Enjoyed the hot tub. Whole house was very clean. Bathrooms and showers were comfortable "

"I can’t express how pleased I was with this property. I travel frequently and the level of thought, design, and care for comfort is unmatched. This home has all the amenities and so many thoughtful extras. It is conveniently located for lots of fun experiences in the area and in a lovely neighborhood that was safe and had plenty of parking. This would be a great property for kids and pets if any families are looking to stay. Thank you very much to the host for such a lovely experience! "

"We loved our vacation, we loved Albuquerque and we loved being at home with one another while we explored.This home was central to everything we did - tram, museums, ice skating, great food. That said, staying together was everyone's favorite part and we were so thankful to have this delightful home for the week."

"Property was very nice. Greeted personally by a property manager to review the house which was a nice touch. Well equipped and had lots to offer. The only thing was that the family room was "sunken" and required the use of 4-5 steps to get to the kitchen, game room and bedrooms. Not an issue for most but there were a few over 70 who were not fans of the steps. Other than that, house was very nice and property manager was very responsive - went above and beyond to ensure we immediately had...

"We had 17 stay here, ages 1 to 70, and was not crowded. Very clean and the host responded very quickly to our questions."

"Homeless encampment near by and lots of yelling and screaming. Also kitchen was a not well stocked. No cutting board, limited pots stand pans, etc. "

"We were 5 families - 10 adults and 8 kids. Each family got a room and restroom to use, so everyone was happy. Plenty of room in the kitchen and living room area, for everyone to spread out during meals etc. Game room had a Table Tennis table, which got plenty of use. There was a TV there too, so again younger/ older kids got different places to sit and watch TV at the end of the day. Location wise also, it is close to the freeway, so easy to get in and out. We were too busy exploring ABQ/ Sante...

"This place was amazing and so wonderfully well-stocked. We came together as a family of nine (9) to celebrate Thanksgiving and had a pleasant and relaxing time here. The property is beautiful and the wildlife is fun to watch. I hope we get to come back on day!"

"Loved the property and all the thought that has gone into the setup. The map was a cute touch. Good communication and easy to get in and out. Had a minor scare with some wildlife rustling in the night, but we felt safe enough with the blinds down. Not too far from Albuquerque, convenient to drive in and out. "

"Fantastic property. Excellent hosts. We were greeted on arrival to assure we had everything we needed and given a tour of the property. Great location in nice neighborhood. The heated pool was perfect after a long day of running around.. The whole patio area was private and had a bbq and fireplace with lots of nice seating areas. Perfect coffee maker.
