"We had such a great time. The house was great. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for our family. The bunk house was really nice too. It is a beautiful area of Bridgeport lake. We will definitely be back"

"The Overlook has great space to accomodate a group that is looking for action at the lake or throughout the northern Texas country. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and storage. The place is dated and could use some sprucing up, but if that doesn't matter to you, it's an incredible value for the space."

"What a wonderful stay in a gorgeous lake home. From initial contact to having a few questions prior to arriving, the host was spot on woth communication. The home was exactly as pictured and was even better in person. The multi level set up was great. We spent alot of time outside and enjoying the dock and swimming. An amazing weekend was had by all. We will b3 booking again in the future!!!"

If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. The pool was a hit, but the host does nickle-and-dime you with a charge by the hour for the hot tub (it does get hot quickly). The house is in okay condition, but it could use some improvements. "We stayed here for our wedding at iron gables. It was a perfect location. Great communication with the property manager. "

"The house was very clean and the host was super responsive. I gave it a 4 star overall because there was a lot of stuff going on with the electrical. When we would have lights on they would flicker uncontrollably and the fan would start to turn off and on. Not a huge issue, just kinda strange. Other than that the stay was great! "
