Farmhouse - A private sanctuary Hayride included with 3 or more nights

Farmhouse on 5 secluded acres, surrounded by over 1400 acres of privately owned land. The only neighbors you will see are the cows or horses that may wander by. Only a 30 min drive to Chattanooga and all the city has to offer. The screened back porch features a dining table and views of the property. Deer, turkey and an abundance of birds frequently visit the backyard. Roast marshmallows in the firepit and look at the stars away from city light pollution. The large yard has plenty of room to throw a baseball or play football. Cloudland Canyon, Pigeon Mountain are both close by with hiking trails and waterfalls for you to enjoy. McLemore Golf Course, with the best finishing hole in America is a short 20 min drive up lookout mountain. The interior of the home has been renovated with guest comfort and convenience in mind. Both bathrooms feature walk in showers. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook a large meal or make a nice cup of coffee. High speed WiFi is available to stream of all your devices. The large screen TV in the living room allows all seats to enjoy the show. Private tours of the neighboring farm can be arranged for little ones (or those young at heart) to see horses, cows, goats and chickens up close. Hayrides with views of lookout mountain available, included with 3 or more nights.

Such a wonderful spot!

Perfect getaway
Wonderful home, private and peaceful. We enjoyed our time in your beautiful home. The screened porch was the best, we had all our meals outside and loved playing cards every night listening to the night sounds around us. The beds were comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. The location was perfect to see Cloudland Canyon and Chattanooga. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Amazing long weekend
We had an amazing 4 night stay at FarmHouse while exploring NW Georgia. The house is very clean and wonderfully furnished. It has everything that you could need. The outdoor space of the property was quiet and beautiful. The host regularly checked in to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Our kids loved the time that we spent and are already asking to book here again next year.

We had an incredible stay at this charming farmhouse! The owners were exceptional, going above and beyond by interacting with our family during the hay ride, which really added a personal and warm touch to the entire experience. The house itself was inviting, spacious, and perfect for our family and the occasion we were celebrating. From the cozy decor to the beautiful surroundings, every detail made our stay comfortable and memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our weekend. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming, family-friendly getaway near Chattanooga!

We were in town visiting family. I was very happy with our stay. The house was excellent! It felt new and clean. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet. I loved the back porch and there was plenty of room for kids to run around and play outside. Will definitely stay here again.

Cozy, Tucked Away Farmhouse
We truly enjoyed our time here and felt very much at home. Melissa & Jamey are wonderful, caring hosts who have all the best things in mind. Our kids loved going on the hayride- I thought it made our stay even better. The home has all the right touches and feels quite cozy. We all slept very well and were able to make breakfast and dinner easily with all the kitchen things provided. The tub in the master bath was a treat! I especially enjoyed that. The area around the outside of the house is a beautiful and peaceful place to explore. We liked the location(Chickamauga) and found a great local coffee/breakfast spot- Kingdom Coffee. Also loved Rembrandt’s Coffee in Chattanooga. We would love to come back and stay here again. One of the best places for sure that we’ve stayed on VRBO.

Love this Property!! Home away from Home!
First off, This was our second year booking this property. Even though the family reunion got canceled we were more excited to stay at the property. Its' always clean, It has everything that we need away from home. The owners of the property are very helpful, their communication was on point. Our family love the complimentary hayride. Prior to our visit the property owners always message us to see if there is anything that we may need while we are there. This is our go to property every year. This is our home away from home. The house was very clean, up to date, and comfortable. There was no contact information sheet when we arrived (which would have been helpful) but Melissa was very responsive via VRBO messaging and did drop a sheet off to us.

Short stay in Chickamauga
We booked this property last minute and could not have been more pleased. The hostess communicated all details well in advance and was quick to realize that we needed a pack and play for our little one. The house was extremely clean with welcomed little extras. The property is beautiful. Our only regret was that we did not have more time to enjoy it.

Great Stay
Had a wonderful spring break vacation - great location close to Chattanooga and plenty of hiking. House was well appointed, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable for our family of 4. Fire pit was fun and we enjoyed watching the wildlife at the adjacent lake.

Great hospitality
Above and beyond. The house was cleaned just hours before we arrived and it smelt great. The propane grill worked. The location is secluded, away from road noises but just minutes to Walmart, etc. Every amenity worked: bathrooms, WiFi, doors, lights, TV. The kitchen had everything that we needed and we stayed/prepared meals there for two days. We are definitely going to stay here again soon.

Perfect house for a vacation!
We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and it was perfect! The grounds are beautiful and the house is great for hanging out with family! It is close enough for activities in Chattanooga and stores are within a 15 minute drive. Hosts are fantastic!

Dreamy Farmhouse Nestled in Nature
We stayed at this dreamy farmhouse for a double couple fall weekend and it felt like pure luxury! The home itself was beautifully decorated and full of creature comforts. Every space was inviting and small details made the home feel like a haven for guests. The comfy beds, the dual showers, the thick bath linens, a well stocked kitchen, complimentary toiletries, fun reads in the living room bookcase...so so many touches that elevated our stay but also made us feel like we were in the coziest of places. The screened in porch quickly became our favorite landing spot and the surrounding property offered no shortage of natural beauty. The owners could not have been more kind or generous. We had bottles of water on our bedside tables, ingredients for s'mores by the fire, great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We had a weekend full of activities in and around Chattanooga, but our stay at this sweet house in the country really made our getaway super special!

Peaceful retreat
We loved staying here! The house is spacious and comfortable. It could not have been cleaner. The kind hosts provided s’mores supplies, wood, and fire starters to use outdoors around the fire pit. Fall colors are just starting to show. It was cool to have a true country setting with a nice front porch, a hitching post, and a rooster (only heard him when I opened the front door this morning).

Beautiful secluded home
Beautiful home secluded from main road. My grandkids were able to run around the yard and play. Nice larege screened porch, fire pit that we made smores that the owners were nice enough to leave all the things we would need, updated decor with very comfortable beds. Kitchen had all the essential items for cooking, and baking. The owner was very easy to communicate with over text on app. Check in was extremely easy. Walmart with some dining options was about 12 minute drive away. I would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home. It was close enough to downtown, but far enough away from the hustle and able to see the stars. (30min drive) The home was super clean and stocked with nice cookware/knives - which is difficult to come by! We really enjoyed our time there. The decor and property were lovely!

Beautiful, Clean and Relaxing
We couldn't of been more pleased with our stay. Beautiful home with a huge yard to spend time in as well. The home was very well stocked and had 3 bedrooms which each had very comfortable accommodations. We loved sitting on the screened in porch, drinking our coffee in the morning watching the hummingbirds and butterflies. We also enjoyed the fabulous fire pit area. I think we spent as much time outside as we did inside. The hosts were friendly and in contact with us offering help with anything we had questions on. They also offered us a hayride but as much as we wanted to we only had 3 days there and we couldn't fit into our schedule If you dont want to spend your whole time at the house you were 30 minutes out of downtown Chattanooga which is full of things for everyone to enjoy. I was a little concerned when I booked the place because I knew it was out in the country and thought it might be a long drive to get supplies which I found out was not the case. Walmart and a town full of restaurants was a little less than 10 minutes away. If you are trying to decide on this place or another rental like we were when trying to decide on this one. I would highly recommend staying here. I have been renting from VRBO for 20 plus years and easily one of my favorites.

Amazing property
We had a great stay! House and property are beautiful. Super clean. Close to everything. Host was very responsive, gave us a list of great hiking spots, restaurants and attractions, Made us homemade bread. Took us on a hayride that our kids loved. They were so nice and helpful. Would recommend for families.
