Disappointed
Upon arrival at 4:10 PM the cleaning people were in the apartment. We waited for them to finish and they left. We immediately observed:
Large pieces of chips/Doritos were on the rug under the coffee table. The couch has a sticky substance on the backrest. The refrigerator water filter flashed a red notice saying the filter needs changed. One of the kitchen chair seats is missing a screw making it lopsided when you sit it. The downstairs shower had visible debris on the floor. My friend removed it using toilet paper because there were no tissues in the apartment. When she put her hand on the shower wall there was something slimy on it. The downstairs vanity cabinet handle had a significant amount of dried toothpaste on it. The place was not clean.
I reported this to the management company before we left. Had they responded, I would not have posted a public review but I received no response.
