The building is occupied by long term tenants and so we do not allow events or entertaining of any kind to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. No guests in excess of reservation unless prior written approval. However, the Pub across the street has ample room for parties and even has two different private party areas that you can usually use free of charge (just let us know and we can help you make arrangements.)
The Irish Pub across the street, Irish Nobleman Pub, is a highly rated neighborhood bar & grill with great food and specials every day of the week.
