With Tripp Pond a short stroll from your back door, there are ample ways to spend days on the water during your stay at this condo. Walk to the condo community's private beach where you'll find kayaks and paddle boats available for your use. Afterwards, serve up some competition on the shared tennis court or basketball court, or practice your swing on the golf course minutes from home. Down the road, you'll find several dining options where you can taste the local fare.

Start your day with morning coffee on the condo's porch that is furnished with two Adirondack chairs. Prepare home-cooked meals in the kitchen or on the gas grill. When it's time to eat, gather at the dining table that seats six. In the evenings, host a family board game night or choose a DVD from the available library and watch a movie in the living area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
