"My teenage son and I stayed here for a 4 day swim meet at SwimRva which was conveniently about 5 minutes away. The basement apartment was very clean and extremely well put put together!. The apartment was comfortable and my son certainly enjoyed the video games on the giant tv! Sharon was extremely communicative and even left out snacks for us every morning! I would highly recommend this property!"

"The best thing about this place is the location. It's only a block away from the shopping district in The Fan on Carry St. I stayed here with my mom and it was convenient to have more than enough space for the both of us. The apartment is also great: nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The only issues were the number of usable outlets and that the bathroom was a little awkward to navigate. We 100% plan on staying here again. "

"We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay...

The first morning I walked to the corner bakery and picked up some wonderful pastries and granola. "My wife, son, and 2 dogs stayed here over Thanksgiving and enjoyed our stay. Communication with Delores was easy and she was very responsive. The back yard was great, my son and 2 dogs had a blast playing in all the leaves and there was plenty of space for them to run around. The inside of the home is dated and because of that can seem not as clean as it actually is. We would absolutely recommend others stay here and if we're ever back in the area wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thanks...

"Our extended family of all ages plus one small dog greatly enjoyed our stay in this home! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, extra bathrooms, and a functional kitchen. The fenced-in back yard is perfect for pets and children. Street parking was easy and a nice playground at the end of the block and a small store a few blocks over were nice to have nearby.
