"Our 2nd time at Herons nest and it was just awesome. The kids loved the storybook look of the bedroom attic and i loved the comfy bed!!A great playground and area to play...water view with 2 bald eagles, a Heron and lots of ducks and geese!The pool was awesome and only 4' at the high part. Opening 12 to 8pm (wish it was a bit earlier) was a delight after a hot day of play. "

"This home was the perfect place for us to calmly relax for a few days before our son’s wedding in Stevensville. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. The house is lovely, tidy, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable, neat and clean. We loved the backyard, the spacious screened-in back porch, and sitting on the front porch enjoying the beautiful garden. Nice quiet neighborhood in a great location!"

"With 6 of us Osprey Landing had the extra room that Herons Nest lacked. We rented both for 7 people...3 adults and 4 kids under 12.Everything was clean, tidy and the games were great.Pool was fun and we used the firepit for smores!!! The playground just outside was great to get the kids outside and the tv kept the kids entertained during the rain of summer storms!We will be back again"

"This is our second time staying with this host (we stayed at Lazy Crab next door last summer). Both houses are great for families with kids and dogs. Blue crab has the advantage of 2 bathrooms , which was helpful after the beach. The house has a couple stairs between living room and bedrooms and kitchen. Our toddler enjoyed the stairs but depending on the age of kids, this might be a consideration to choose Lazy Crab instead. Danielle was very quick to respond when we had questions. The Bakist...

"Just finished a 2-night stay here, and it was fantastic. I'm a clean freak, and this rental was SUPER clean! My son attends the Naval Academy, and he was able to stay with me for one of the nights. Beds were comfy, and it was nice having a TV in both bedrooms. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had, and it was great having a washer and dryer available to use. I would definitely stay again!"
