"Fantastic long weekend. The house has great airy character throughout, appropriately stocked and functional kitchen, and great setting on Deep Creek. We enjoyed morning fire in the porch’s wood burning stove. Just an outstanding accommodation for our purposes of relaxing and exploring. "

"We have been coming to Franklin for many years now. This place checked all of our boxes and we plan to return soon! The WiFi worked great, which is always hard to find in this area. The garage was super convenient for unloading our stuff and being able to keep it secure while we were gone. The location is perfect, great views but still close to town and no trekking all the way up a mountain. All the furnishings, blankets, etc are new and clean. This place is a perfect ‘home base’ while exploring...

"This home is so pretty- beautiful scenery in the back yard and gorgeous inside. Nice, comfy living space and good outdoor area. The host was so nice and helpful when we had to make some changes. The only thing I wish I would have paid closer attention to is that the home is RIGHT by the highway- like 30 yards from front door to road. This wasn’t too bad for us since it was cool and we didn’t spend too much time outside, but could have been a turn off it we were looking for more private outside...

"We loved this house! It was like a cozy haven away from our normal city life. We sat in the rockers on the front porch every evening and watched the lightning bugs and cows while the sun went down. The host was amazing and stayed on top of any questions we had. I could not recommend this house more. We will definitely stay there again. "
