"Beautiful home and property. The rooms were very comfortable and welcoming. The most disappointing areas were the steps to the main and side entrances which are very difficult to manage. Also, there was no freezer in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes."

"We had a fantastic stay Thanksgiving week, 2024. My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The property is secluded and has gorgeous views--even in the winter! My kids were delighted with the little games tucked away under the TV. My husband and I loved the thoughtfulness of amenities like the heated towel rack, really cool bunk beds and fun ping pong table. The kids were overjoyed to wake up Thanksgiving morning to a fresh snowfall! We made a snowman and even took our Christmas card photo! ...

"We loved the property and the area was just perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we could have hoped for. The only problem we encountered was it happened to have been very hot weather that week and the air conditioning system was not functioning properly. We reached out to owner in regards to this and was told they would not be able to get anyone out there to look at it until the next day. We were only there for a three day stay so first we reached out we had no response, second day...

"Essy to access the property, great building loved the antique decor. Didn't get to see the property it was covered in snow and ice and was -2 most of the time. Would have loved to go on the back inclosed porch but was to cold. Beds was so comfortable and the large bedrooms were very roomy , kitchen and bath were Remodeled and very nice. Living room/ dining room was so large. I would love to return again. "

"We needed a place in Greene for a wedding we were attending in smithville flats. It was a super easy quick commute to the wedding venue. This property was clean, updated, and comfy. It was larger than we expected based on the online pics which was a bonus. Direct access right outside of your door to all This small town has to offer! Thanks for a great stay! "

"Liz and George are amazing hosts! (We also love Elvis the dog and Calli the cat!) Everything was as described and the art decorating the home, all crafted by Liz, was beautiful. The bed was super comfy! There were so many things to do nesrby including a farmers market, antique shops and great mom and pop shops. We made new friends with our hosts and 100% recommend this listing. We will be back!!!!"

"The host, Ariana was very responsive. 4 generations of my family stayed at this property which allowed us to be within local distance of other relatives. The home was very spacious. We enjoyed everything from from the huge living room to large yard with the fire pit. We can't wait to come back during warmer weather to enjoy the lake! "
