"I'm a little late with this review. We stayed at the end of August and it was the perfect central spot for all the areas of West Virginia we wanted to explore. The has was clean and the perfect size for my family. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to the expressways. I had a few questions while there and I got fast responses back to my questions. "We had an amazing stay. The house was adorable with an old school charm and modern amenities. The drives to everything was beautiful winding roads. The river was perfect for kayaking/paddle boarding and lots of fishing. It was absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our 2 teen boys. Highly recommend River Expedition for white water rafting and New River ATV. Also, had a blast at Pirates Cove cliff jumping."

"Wonderful classic (I think 1930's?) house; three bedroom one bath, all on second floor. Basement with activities (table tennis, etc), nice back yard. The only problems: can't open fridge/freezer door all the way, so can't remove ice bucket or freezer shelf and only one bathroom in the house."
