Welcome to our beautifully presented 5-bedroom townhouse, conveniently close to Cheltenham Town Centre.

Whether you're looking for a short Cotswold family break, a corporate or business stay, or a well-needed get-together with friends, this home is the perfect choice for you.

Key Features:

- 3-storey, 5-bedroom home with 4 bathrooms

- Ground floor: Open-plan kitchen/diner with patio doors leading to a private patio and rear garden, and bedroom 1.

- Bedroom 1: This ground floor room doubles as a self-contained studio, featuring its own kitchenette, shower room, and separate entrance. Ideal for multi-family stays, it offers privacy with a connecting door.

- First floor: Large lounge with a feature sofa that accommodates up to 10, a flat-screen TV, and 2 double bedrooms. The larger bedroom sleeps up to 4 with two double beds and has a TV area. There's also a modern shower room.

- Top floor: Two double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower, and the other with an en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Bedroom Details:

Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor Studio Room) has a king sized zip and link bed that can be split into singles on request.

Bedroom 2 (First Floor) has 2 standard doubles

Bedroom 3 (First Floor) has a king sized zip and link bed that can be split into singles on request.

Bedroom's 4 and 5 (Top Floor) both have standard double beds. Both have en suites.


Kitchen Amenities:

Fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the essentials for a self-catered stay.

Dining table seats up to 10 guests.

Additional Features:

Stair guards on each floor to safeguard small children.

Pets welcome for an additional £20 per day, per pet.

Parking: Three spaces—one on the drive and two directly in front of the property. Additional free street parking available in the local area

The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival.

Cobblestone Way is a peaceful road with easy access to the town's vibrant heart. Just a short walk from Cheltenham Spa railway station and located a 20 min walk to Cheltenham's historic Regency District, Promenade and Montpellier which are home to a variety of local, independent shops, restaurants, and bars. The nearest Supermarket is Waitrose which is an 8-minute walks.

We believe our little home is perfect for both leisure and business travellers, with all the conveniences of Cheltenham close by.

🚗 Parking: Our home has one allocated parking space on the drive and 2 parking spaces in front of the house on the street. For groups coming in more than 3 cars, there is more street parking in the area.
☕ Complimentary Amenities: We provide sachets of tea, coffee, and sugar, Nespresso style pods too.
☕ We also provide salt pepper for guests.
🛌 Bedding and Towels: Crisp, white hotel quality bed linen is provided along with 2 pillows per guest. Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. A bathmat is provided in each bathroom.
🚿 Toiletries: 2-in-1 Shower gel and shampoo, hand soap, and hand & body lotion are provided, as well as toilet paper too.
🧹 Housekeeping Services: For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer complimentary housekeeping services.
If you need additional items or housekeeping for shorter stays, please contact us for availability and pricing.
🏡 There is a stair gate at the foot and top of each of staircase.
🍷 We also work with a fantastic private chef who can cook anything and everything on your request. Please ask us for details.
⏰ Check-In and Check-Out: Our check-in and check-out times are listed in the property information. We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins, and we’ll update you on the day if this is possible.
For late check-outs, please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
🏠 Two of the bedrooms have a Zip and Link beds that can be split apart into singles on request. Whilst we'll always do our best to accommodate last minute requests, we do ask for 2 days’ notice if single beds are required.
Additional rules
- This home is strictly no smoking - this includes the outside space. Guests who wish to smoke must do this away from the property on the street outside.
- Every effort will be made to give you the most comfortable stay possible. If you do have any issues or concerns please let us know when you check in so we can help resolve these as quickly as possible for you.
- Cobblestone Way is located within a quiet, residential area. Out of respect for the nearby neighbourhood noise should be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.
- Please take shoes off on any carpeted areas.
- Please ensure all waste and rubbish is placed in the bins provided.
