There is a limit to the length so this isn’t complete. We had so many issues we actually left the condo a day early and notified the manager. We had to contact 4 different people but the manager (Steve I believe) finally took action a couple days before leaving and offered us a refund on the cleaning fee and $50/day for loss of amenities(still waiting for that to come in). He said nothing was in the file as being reported but i reported to someone named Keith, the individual that texted the evening we got in to check cleanliness and I called the 1-800 Vacasa line and reported bc nothing was happening. Here were the issues: showers were not cleaned and both had hair on the walls and pink bacteria covering the bottom half of the shower curtains, no mattress in pullout couch (only 2 broken air mattress), blood stains on the top of the pullout cover as well as the fitted sheet for the pull out, pillows were yellow stained and smelled bad, floors left our feet black, dvd player did not work, got locked out of garage code for 2 days with no response and then out of everything (the entire bldg did). The person that texted about cleaning said there would be a ticket in to fix things, crickets (I even sent photos as asked). When I finally got to talk with the actual manager, he was nice and worked with us but said there was nothing filed about the issues so he had no idea (I cleaned things myself). Will not be coming back, it ruined our time there.
