Welcome to our charming vacation rental, just a stone's throw away from popular attractions in North Shore! Immerse yourself in the beauty of the area, as we're conveniently located only one mile from the Aquarium, Walking Bridge, and Coolidge Park.

Bring along your beloved, well-trained dogs, and enjoy the comfort of our pet-friendly property with a nominal pet fee. Step into relaxation with just 2 steps to entry, a level yard, and the luxury of off-street parking for 2 cars, possibly even 3—a true rarity in this vibrant area.

At our retreat, we've thoughtfully curated an array of amenities to make your stay memorable. From a fully functional kitchen with quality pots, pans, and large Crock-pot to the convenience of a washer, dryer, and stoneware baking dishes, we've got you covered.

Venture outdoors to our inviting fire pit area, complete with roasting forks, firewood, and a cozy seating arrangement. Explore the city armed with a cooler backpack, rain umbrellas, and a picnic blanket—perfect for spontaneous adventures.

Inside, both bathrooms are stocked with Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, fresh linens, and even plush robes for that extra touch of comfort. Entertainment options abound with TVs offering Netflix and Amazon through Roku devices in the living and master bedroom.

Please note our pet policy: A pet fee of $80.00 for the first pet and $40.00 for the second applies to stays under 15 nights. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate three or more pets. If you're bringing a second pet, the fee will be added manually for your convenience.

Loved staying in the North Shore Happy Home
We enjoyed our stay very much. The host, April, was friendly and attentive. The cottage was adorable and clean and we were even provided with dog treats and bowls! We definitely recommend it for families staying in Chattanooga with a dog or without.

Awesome Chattanooga Get-Away
This place was easy to find. In a really awesome part of Chattanooga. Loved the home. Clean and beautiful. Perfect for my husband and I and his mother. Great place to come back to after being out all day for rest and relaxation. Loved it!!

We visit friends in Chattanooga at least once a year and this is the best place we’ve stayed. The house was super clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the location was good. We will definitely be back.

World Series Trip
I don’t know where to start. Tbh this was my first time getting a home from Vrbo and I was a little nervous it wouldn’t be as beautiful as the pics. I was completely blown away. This house is so freaking cute and had literally everything we would ever need on a vacation. It was my daughter’s birthday and we made her breakfast in bed and I thought man I wish I had candles. Look in a drawer and “boom” candles and matches. April was a wonderful host and I would stay here over and over again! Thank you for everything April - it was perfect!

Cute home in Northshore!
We truly enjoyed our stay. This home is one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The host thought of all the extras as well. We were downtown in minutes and could’ve walked if it wasn’t so hot. Me and my son loved the backyard and threw the football alot. April is an awesome host. We would come back in a minute!

Impeccably clean, lovely stay
If you want to walk into a phenomenally clean and conveniently located place, this is the one! All linens are new and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and lovely backyard with firewood. The owner is very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The owner mentioned that the crib was broken when she went to clean the place in preparation for our stay, so before we got there, she went to the store and bought a brand new crib for our little one to use. Wonderful, wonderful property.

This was by far the best stocked house weve stayed at, ever. The host thought of everything you might need. Location was great for walking to local restaurants and to the pedestrian bridge and Coolidge Park.

Great experience and location
The house was great. We had everything we needed. Some friends and I were in town for a wedding and loved having the ability to grill some steaks for dinner and sit out by the fire on Saturday night. The location was perfect. It was walkable to nearby restaurants and stores and also just a short drive across the bridge from downtown.

Perfect location!
The property is located in the fun vibe of the North Shore district with so many shops and eateries in walking distance. The Happy Home is amazingly set up with details thought of for guests with young children to those like us gathering with adult family. Beds were comfortable and everything so clean with high quality accessories. The owner was ever so kind in our interactions with her.

The host was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The house was very clean and was exactly what we were expecting and more. The family hung out by the fire pit one night after grilling up some steaks. The only issue I had, is we couldn’t stay longer. Was convenient to everything downtown, and several eateries within walking distance.

Perfect Spring Break getaway with littles
My best friend and I took our 3 boys (two 6yr olds and a 1yr old) to Chattanooga for their spring break. The house was so close to everything we wanted to do...walking distance to most things and a short drive to others. It was a perfect size for our group and was fully equipped with everything we needed. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming to us. The host was absolutely AMAZING!! She answered all our questions quickly and even provided us with some additional ideas for fun things to do during our visit. We could not be happier with our stay!! If we're ever in Chattanooga again, we will definitely stay here.

April’s bungalow is charming. Squeaky clean throughout. Stocked with all necessary kitchen and bathroom items. All appliances function well. The refrigerator has a built in water filter. High quality linens and towels. Convenient location to North shore restaurants and shops.

Perfect home!
The home was so comfortable and clean. All the essentials were there for our stay and extra treats for the dog! The location is easy to walk to restaurants and shops on Northshore. The fire pit and chairs are great in the backyard! You should try it out!

Awesome House in Fantastic Location
My wife and I (and our little pups) have used VBRO for many years and this may be the best experience we've had! The house is clean and modern and cozy with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owner. Grocery shopping and a host of interesting restaurants are a walk or short drive away and downtown Chatty is just minutes away. We stayed for two weeks and everything about the experience staying there was top notch!

Great Accommodations and Close to so much!!!
Great space! Easy and quick communication. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We were truly thrilled with the 2 big bathrooms as most rentals we looked at only had 1. So close to excellent restaurants and shopping. Fell in love with the Northshore area. Plenty of coffee place choices and ice cream shops within 5 minutes. Could not believe we could be at UTC campus in 10 minutes to see our son. We would absolutely stay here again.
