"Each January we travel to Crystal River with a group of 14 women to swim with the Florida manatees. Its a high energy week and finding the right place to " call home" is really important. The waterfront house on Watersedge Dr is absolutely perfect for large groups. The shared living space is ideal for a group with plenty of comfy chairs and couches with a huge TV set. "The location on the river is amazing. The home is directly on the main river. The host Summer is top notch. If you text her, she will answer you promptly. She was there to greet us when we were leaving to make sure how our stay was. The house was spotless. Plenty of beach towels, plenty of bath towels. Would definitely recommend staying here, and we plan on going back. We were there to celebrate my adult son’s Birthday. I asked summer if she could hang a few birthday decorations and she did not...

"Chris was a five star host. Modified reservations for us, with absolutely no problems. His home is beautiful, a good bed, and we enjoyed the kayaks. You can kayak to a popular eating place called the upper deck. I would not hesitate to stay again."

"It was everything and more, including the friendly neighbor and meeting the owner. The house was prefect for the 8 friends and was truly beautiful decorated. It was an awesome experience. "

"The property is in a great location, 5-10 min from everywhere we needed to go. There’s an awesome breakfast restaurant right on the corner (walk distance). The property has a nice backyard with Kayaks, firepit, grill and an awesome view! It was super clean including towels and sheets and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. A very large Parking space was a plus!"

"My son and I were in town for a week for a disc golf tournament and this house was perfect for us! It is off the main roads in a quiet neighborhood, no light noise so you can truly relax! We mainly slept or sat around for a couple of hours when at the house. Beds were comfortable, well equipped kitchen for our needs, washer and dryer were handy, and the rooms were nice and dark at bed time! Will definitely book again if we get back out there."

"They were very considerate of our travel. We were visiting family briefly after hearing about some health issues of my grandfather. Usually I’d have to stress with a lot of new things and transitions for our son with autism. But the host was very empathetic of my kids and the pool helped give him sensory play and regulation.we have already discussed staying again in the future when we come back down! "

"We live about an hour from this rental & just wanted to get away for a peaceful stay. We were not disappointed! It’s quiet with beautiful views. The home is cozy, spacious, clean and comfortable. It was close to the local restaurants like the Freezer. We were able to bring our 2 small dogs, and they loved it as well! It was too cold for swimming, but the pool was well maintained. Great firepit area as well! We would definitely stay here again. "

"What a dream! The place is amazing! Bobbi and Bill are amazing hosts! We had A LOT of fun! We WILL beback! Bobbi Bill thank you for everything!! Fruit basket and ice-cream was over the top!!! "

"This is our 4th year staying here and we love it! It’s in a perfect location and the dock can accommodate our 21’ boat and our sons 17’ boat. Plenty of room for the trailers. The house is always clean and they added a cute manatee mural in the dining room. With 6 of us there is plenty of room where you’re not bumping into each other. The pool is an added bonus! I love that I can bring my fur baby. We had a little emergency with her, so if you ever awesome!"
