"This property was the perfect place for our family members from Pennsylvania, Maine and Arizona to gather to be near our parents who live at Wake Robin. Given the rainy weather during our stay, we spent a lot of time in the house and loved all the community areas for cards, working puzzles, family meals, etc. The multiple bedrooms, fabulous views, and bucolic setting were wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Place was clean. Had a small musty wet smell but to be expected in a basement apartment. Needed a couple more towels for a weekend stay for 2 should have atleast 4 towels. Other than that it was good overall! Reasonable prices! "

"This is a spacious house in a beautiful location right on the shore of Lake Champlain. There is limited access right behind the house where we were able to take pictures of the comet and gorgeous sunsets. There are many books to be read and a variety to choose from. We weren’t able to use the fireplaces for some reason. But after reading the House Instructions, we saw they weren’t available. "I booked this stay for an extended bachelor party weekend. The listening for the bill perfectly and was a great home base for all of our weekend activities. The house was centrally located to accommodate all of our needs. Excellent for those looking to access downtown Burlington, as well as outside excursions.The owner was helpful and responsive, making our stay seamless.I would recommend to anyone interested in a relaxing or adventurous stay to the area!"

"The Ham Fam Lakehouse was lovely, well appointed, comfortable, and the lake view was fabulous! We enjoyed the gas fireplace on chill mornings, and the sunset view in the evenings. The lake was easily accessible and we enjoyed walking the driftwood strewn beach. We had a few minor concerns the first days, but they were immediately addressed and remedied by the management team. Great job! We thoroughly enjoyed our eight-day stay! We would definitely return another time. "

"Overall a very nice space, comfortable and clean. I would stay there again. Only complaint was being accused of having a pet there because the cleaning person found a shirt with hair on it. I was sent an invoice immediately for an extra cleaning fee without even asking first. We were a work crew in the area only staying there to eat and sleep, definitely no space for pets. We did get this cleared up and they said I didn't have to pay the fee."

"This house was the perfect place for a family gathering. It was an architectural dream! The view from the wrap around desk was amazing and the gas fireplace was warm and cozy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked--we lacked for nothing. The house itself offered rooms for large family gatherings while also offering private spaces if someone wanted some quiet time.
