The main level features a bright and spacious living area with a plush leather sofa, stylish seating, and a large TV—the perfect place to unwind after a day on the water. The kitchen is fully stocked for everything from pancake breakfasts to holiday dinners, complete with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, generous counter space, and bar seating for four. A large farmhouse dining table offers seating for eight, while a cozy round table in the breakfast nook provides the perfect spot for casual bites and morning chats.

With 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms across three levels, this home comfortably sleeps 16 guests. On the main level, you’ll find a serene primary suite with its own private bath, plus an additional queen suite and king suite, all designed for rest and relaxation. The upper level offers two more king bedrooms—one with an ensuite—and a kid-approved bunk room featuring two twin-over-full bunks and a TV. - A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at this home. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $175 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Interior fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- This home comes with 2 kayaks and 1 paddleboard.
- Please note that events and parties are not allowed.
- This home does not offer pool heat.
- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
