We enjoy hosting people and live in a quiet tranquil setting on the Greenway. We live on a cul-de-sac in a peaceful and safe neighborhood conveniently located with proximity to shopping malls & IKEA, UNC University, IBM, Wells Fargo, PNC Music Theater, and the light rail.
Newly renovated modern and spacious private walkout basement 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, king size bed, closet, full bathroom, and screened in porch.

This is a PET FREE & NON-SMOKING or VAPING unit. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

You have your own parking spot on the driveway with path and motion lights to your private entrance. The lower level with a screened porch is your own personal space. It’s accessible from a private outside entrance directly into your suite, available from the back of our home. We have a spacious backyard that you are welcome to use for your leisure.
Guest Access:
We have a convenient 24/7 check - in system that allows you to have flexible times, no matter how late at night.
We are also flexible with check-in time but contact us if you are planning on checking in early.

Interaction With Guest:
It’s your preference!!! We are happy to interact as much as desired. We enjoy meeting new people, but will also respect your privacy. Our guest enjoy the privacy while staying at our apartment, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your stay. We are very responsive by text if you need anything. We live in the upstairs of the home with our children. We usually greet guest upon arrival and walk them to their entrance.

This is our home & we have children that play and use the yard. While we give you your privacy you may see our children playing in the yard or hear occasional footsteps upstairs. We do our best to keep the noise minimal but you may hear footsteps at times during the day from the kids.

Meets All the Basic Needs
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. The bed/pillows and the bathroom left a little to be desired. The noise from upstairs was minimal, which was appreciated. The location is central to so much, which made our exploring easy - it was a great hub for the purposes of our trip.

Awesome place/Convenient location
This is a great apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and well supplied with linens and towels. Countertop space is at a bit of a premium but there are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Easy access to the Greenway trail system through a path in the backyard or a paved path one street over. Convenient access to shopping and the light rail into uptown Charlotte. The host is very friendly and responded to all our requests and questions promptly.

Peaceful Hideaway
It was secluded, private, secure and conveniently accessible to the main thoroughfares within minutes. The pictures are accurate and everything was clean and comfortable. Although our schedule was filled with activities, our host expressed the availability to meet if we wanted. We appreciated the selection of TV apps with Guest access and the beautiful, outside space available to us Heather was responsive and very pleasant.

Great place to stay
This was a perfect place for my husband and myself. We were able to come and go as we pleased without disturbing anyone. It has everything we needed and more. We didn’t get to meet the owners unfortunately. We would definitely stay here again if we travel back to the area.

Private & Convenient Stay
Great value for the price. Apartment is a little cozy but is to be expected for the price. Owners live upstairs with kids, so it can be a little noisy during the mornings and afternoons, but is dead quiet at night. Not a problem at all as our trip itinerary had us out all day. Location was convenient to pretty much everything in Charlotte via highway. Also had an easy, contactless check-in experience which was nice. Definitely worth staying here if you or your partner are looking for something private for a night or two!

Fantastic Experience!
Location was very easy to access, property was clean, has a comfy bed and a cute little coffee station with k cups! Very close to PNC Music Pavillion, which was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Host was awesome and overall experience was great! Highly recommend!

1. More care to cleaning (stove was little dirty; the cabinets need to be wiped down; toilet needs more attention and remote control didn't work in bedroom). The screen porch needs some attention (cleaning). 2. This place is in a very neighborhood but it is not for people with disabilities due to the location of the apartment (down a steep path)

Heather communicated well. The property was clean & in a quiet neighborhood, close to just about anything you could want. Water was HOT! Nice appliances. Bed was comfy. Wished we had the time to walk the trail behind the property. Owner came out to greet us & was very nice.

We were in town for the Nascar race and these accommodations were perfect for us. Quiet street easy to get to that gave us lots of time to just rest and relax before and after the race.
