The home is also conveniently located just a few minutes from Mooresville city, where you’ll find an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Each of the two homes on this property has its own living room with comfortable sofa seating and smart TVs, either space suitable for hosting a group game night or individual movie screenings. Bedroom #2 includes 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed in a bunk format.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The home also includes 1 additional full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo as well as a half bathroom.
