Beautiful Edgewater Condo #111 in Downtown Charlevoix

**We are resuming construction on October 14th! The minor items left should not affect guest stays during that time. However, the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness room will also be closed so we can re-tile, paint and take care of some minor repairs. We are hoping to resume use by November 30, 2024. Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront access. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners, and a microwave. Seating for 4 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 6 guests. And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views.
