Summary:
Your grand Charleston vacation awaits! The 'Grand Millennial' is a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath home, ideal for 3-4 guests. Our home is located in the sought-after downtown neighborhood of Wagener Terrace! You'll be just steps from Hampton Park, The Citadel and Lowndes Grove, while remaining conveniently located to King St, restaurants, shops, bars and beautiful marsh views.

The Space:
The 'Grand Millennial' combines the classic Charleston aesthetic with contemporary comforts in a beautifully curated 2 bedroom & 1.5 bath space. The vibrant colors and vintage-inspired furnishings are inspired by traditional "grand millennial" design and aim to provide guests with a boutique stay experience!
This 2 story duplex home offers guests private entrances/exits, a private driveway, private porch/walkway and backyard space. The first floor has a spacious living and dining area, a half bath (located off the dining room), and a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner gas stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Keurig and basic cooking/kitchenware).
Both bedrooms & full bathroom are located on the 2nd floor, providing a private and quiet feel separate from the living space. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, desk/vanity, nightstands and a spacious walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with two full size beds, nightstand, full length mirror and 2 individual large closets, providing plenty of space.

Guest Access:
Guests have full and private access to the entire rental unit, located on the right side of the duplex. Additionally, guests have a private driveway, private porch access, and plenty of free street parking space located directly out front of the property.

The Neighborhood:
Wagener Terrace is conveniently located on the Downtown peninsula just steps from Hampton Park, The Citadel, Lowndes Grove and the beautiful marsh. It is a quite, laid-back neighborhood that's nestled just 5-6 blocks away from King St! We have many restaurants within walking distance and are just a quick bike ride or Uber to everything on the peninsula! All 3 of the Charleston beaches are within a 20 min drive, with easy access to both Mount Pleasant and West Ashley! There is a bike rental station conveniently located in Hampton Park.

Getting Around:
Walk, Bike, Drive, Uber, Lyft, Golf Cart.
The Grand Millennial has a private driveway for guests, as well as plenty of free street parking directly in front of the property.

This is a legally licensed property approved by the City of Charleston.

NO SMOKING in or on the property please. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Firearms are not allowed.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.
Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring homes. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am.

No pets allowed.

Beautiful Charleston

Cheery townhouse in a pretty neighborhood. Definitely need a car to get into the city but it’s a short 15 minute drive. House and furnishings are older but roomy and charming. Communication with the host consisted of receiving messages from a computer. We didn’t feel there was a person on the other end as we asked a question that was never answered.

Californians Meet Southern Hospitality

I relocated to the South years ago. Found this gem of a place to introduce my sisters (visiting from California) to the charm of Charleston. Easy access to lovely parks, a friendly local bar and short drives to King Street, Charleston City Market, Rainbow Row/Waterfront Park, Folly Beach, Shem Creek, area shopping, the water taxi, museums, and a walk on the Ravenel Bridge. Great hosts and a clean, delightful house. Greeted us with a lovely welcome basket. No need for Maddy to apologize for ongoing neighborhood construction/renovations. The quiet hours ensured work did not impact our stay. Thanks for a great visit. Would definitely return.

Beautiful Charleston Home

The Grand Millennial is a beautiful property! The neighborhood is quiet but still close enough to activities in Charleston. Listing was accurate, kitchen well stocked, washer/dryer and off street parking. We enjoyed our first trip to Charleston, the city has so much to offer, and the Grand Millennial was a great "home base"!

The Grandest Stay

The Grand Millennial was an absolute dream and left me wanting to go home and totally redecorate our house! From the adorable exterior to the beautiful and cheerful interior, every single step of our stay was perfect. Madison left such a generous gift basket and there wasn't a single thing we needed as the house is so well stocked. The decor was so innovative, yet many throw-back pieces as well. The only drawback was not staying there longer! We would love to visit again and will certainly share The Grand Millennial listing with friends and family.
