In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance and with our Guest License Agreement, all guests agree that the maximum number of vehicles allowed for overnight parking is 6 approved number of bedrooms is 7, and the maximum allowed occupancy is 16.
Kiawah Island offers 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world class golf courses, tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming and boating. Be sure to check out the programs at Night Heron Park and Nature Center.

The pool may be heated for an additional fee of $125 per day. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
