The Space:
Our cottage features two beautifully furnished bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a king sized bed, perfect for couples or groups of friends. Enjoy a restful night's sleep with plush bedding and tranquil decor.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including modern appliances, cookware, and essential kitchen utensils. Relax in the spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of natural light.

The fenced in backyard is perfect for pets. Gravel is coming soon.

Free on-site parking is available, making it easy to come and go as you please. The space also comes equipped with a washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

This home is located in the Avondale District of West Ashley and just minutes from downtown Charleston, you'll have easy access to all the best attractions, restaurants, and shops. Enjoy the vibrant local culture and explore landmarks like The Battery, Charleston City Market, and Rainbow Row. Folly Beach is about a 20 minute drive away.

Other Things to Note:
Long term stays are welcomed and encouraged. Please reach out to me directly to discuss terms of booking a long term stay. Additional security deposit and cleaning fees may be required for long term stays.

We are pet friendly. The pet fee is $150 per pet for short term stays.

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out Requests will be honored when scheduling permits it. A $50 fee will be applied for any accommodations that we are able to honor.
