Fun location!
This is a very comfortable condo! The air conditioner works great, which was truly a blessing during the heat wave. We loved being just one block from the beach and pier. We also enjoyed the short walk to several restaurants and Harris Teeter.

Close to everything, beach, restaurants, bars, shopping. No elevators, but good exercise on stairs. Quiet, clean, cable for rainy days. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels for showers.

Great Condo Close to the Isle of Palms Beach
This is a great condo for visiting Isle of Palms! It is a block from the beach and a short walking distance to restaurants and shops. It’s an easy drive into Charleston as well. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The patio was a nice spot for relaxing. The owner was very responsive to our needs and easy to contact. We especially enjoyed nearby Acme Seafood for dinner! Overall, we had a great time here!

Heart of IOP
Our stay was amazing. Perfect location to enjoy the the beach (Literally steps away), the shops, Mount Pleasant and charlston! The condo was clean, well furnished, comfortable beds and decorated adorably. We had no issues at all and Ken was extremely hospitable and was only a phone call away. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great IOP Location, but needs updating
We loved being able to walk to the beach and to local restaurants and bars. We had an issue during our stay when the electronic lock for the door stopped working, but the owner/manager was very responsive and had a locksmith out with a couple of hours to get it fixed. I understand that beach properties get used very hard, and the salt in the air wreaks havoc, but this unit is way overdue for updating. The shower rods were the nice rounded ones to give more room, but were very rusty. The best were made with mismatched sheets, and the pattern/color in the carpeting had almost entirely worn away. The information posted inside the condo was also outdated - TV instructions, codes for the pool/beach, light switch labels. We were unable to use Netflix because the connection was so bad it keep buffering endlessly. The directions we received were also outdated, referencing the "old tennis courts" as a landmark, but the old tennis courts are gone. It was definitely not a horrible experience, and as I mentioned the location was great and the owner/manager was very responsive to issues. I just don't think I would stay there again.

great place close to beach!
Wonderful condo with plenty of room for our family! Condo was clean, comfortable and had all the necessities for us to prepare food. Smart TVs in both bedrooms as well as the living room. We stayed at Sea Cabins before - literally a minute walk from this Oceanside condo to our previous Sea Cabin room...definitely worth staying at this Oceanside condo for the additional space! The same pier is shared between Sea Cabins and Oceanside as well as the laundry area (can pay with quarters or thru an app). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Oceanside condo. Our entire family agreed 307B will be our go to place to stay when we visit Isle of Palms again.

Family Adventure
Great quiet location and very convenient to everything. The unit is very outdated and needs extra cleaning but has everything you need. The pool area was nice. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Just Right!
We found this space to be just right for our Charleston and beach vacation. We toured and enjoyed Charleston during the day and came back to beautiful afternoon beach walks, exploring, and delicious evening dinners on Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island—a great variety of fun! The condo was clean, had all we needed, and it was great to be a close walk to the beach and quality restaurants. Ken was a responsive and kind host, and was happy to share his love of the area. It was obvious he wanted things to be “just right” for his guests and we are most appreciative!

This is a perfect location, close walking distance to everything….beach, restaurants, quiet streets to walk on. It’s not even too far to get into Historic Charleston and the Boone Plantation was only 18 min away. It was very clean (which is key for me), had a well equipped kitchen and has a bonus sink/cabinet/mirror separate from the 2 full bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. (The master bed was a little noisy.) It is a bit dated, but the price, location and cleanliness were spot on! The owner was great to work with. I like that it is privately owned and managed. I’d for sure stay here again if I return to Isle of Palms. We had a great time as college friends celebrating our 60th bdays together! And the other 3 had no complaints and were very pleased with the accommodations I found!

We had a very nice time. The beach is right across the street. Restaurants and bars are all within a few blocks. Great rooftop bars right on the water. Very short drive to Charleston
