*Close to Charleston, SC- Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom charming “Tree House” is located just .4 miles from the beach on the prestigious and gated Seabrook Island. With ample space and a one of a kind design, your family, friends, or colleagues will love this slice of heaven minutes from the beach, pools, golfing, dining, and all of the other amenities Seabrook has to offer.

Tastefully decorated with an open layout, contemporary ambiance, and fresh renovations, our “tree house” is a great home base for your next trip to Seabrook Island.

The sofa and and sitting chairs are ideal for relaxing with your group over morning coffee or after a long day at the beach. Take advantage of the big screen TV to stay up to date on your favorite sports teams, catch up with politics, or binge watch on Netflix.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessities needed to enjoy meals at the house with friends and family. Also, there is a propane grill located at the home for you to grill out whenever you please. A Keurig machine is supplied as well, so please have as much coffee as your heart desires.

Washer and dryer.

Bedrooms are equipped with queen sized beds and all have windows providing plenty of natural light. Bedrooms have closets so there is ample storage space.
Please note: the treehouse is 900 sq. ft. This house sleeps 4 in the beds. The sofa may be used for one to sleep but it is not a sleeper sofa.

Linens, washcloths and towels are provided.

Pet friendly. $20 per night pet fee.

In addition to full access to the house and the beach, our guests have the opportunity to enjoy all of the amenities that Seabrook Island has to offer! For $33 a day or $200 a week during peak season guests can have access to the two outdoor pools, two kid pools, arcade, Pelican’s Nest restaurant overlooking the ocean, Golf Club dining, fitness center, indoor pool, yoga center, equestrian center, basketball, ping pong, dining, tennis, and more! Rates are lower off season.

Amenity cards can be picked up at time of arrival for $33 a day or $200 a week. There is a deposit due at the time of attaining the card(s) that is reimbursed once the cards are returned. A credit card can be linked to your card to allow for food, golf, and tennis purchases. Amenity cards are a necessity to access the pools and dining areas.

Seabrook Leash Rules:
Dogs are welcome at Seabrook’s attractions, but we ask that you follow all leash guidelines to create a safe experience for all beach-goers. Here is a quick guide if you are ready to hit the beach with your best friend:
Peak Season (April 1 – September 30): Pets must be on a leash between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. At all other times, pets may be off a leash, provided they remain effectively controlled while on the beach.
Off-Peak Season (October 1 – March 31): Pets may be off a leash at all times, provided they remain effectively controlled while on the beach.

Disclaimer: Treehouse is exterminated monthly however palmetto bugs are indigenous to SC & impossible to keep out completely. We are located in a beautiful, rustic area in nature & surrounded by wildlife. Please know the style is not that of resort lodging. There will be tree foliage & critters, particularly on the deck.
