"Property is very quiet and only a few minutes walk to the beach! The pictures of the beach and stairs can be a bit misleading as these are for the entire property, not this house. The beach did look nice and had plenty of room for everyone staying here. Would definitely recommend for a couple or a family with kids. Plenty to do and lots of great restaurants within a half hour drive "

"My family of 6 and our little dog stayed here on our vacation to the cape. Everything was spotless upon our arrival and looked just like the photos. In a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, close enough to activities but far enough for privacy. Keyless check-in/out was super easy. Hosts communicated very well and left amenities for us to use, from beach chairs to travel guides. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved our stay. This is the first time I have rented a house without a prior review. So glad we did! The house seemed brand new or very recently remodeled. The pool table and media area downstairs made the rainy day we had on the island a great one. We had a party of seven and plenty of space to spread out and relax. It was easy to walk to town but we also rented bikes to get around. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on Martha's Vineyard."

"Our family has been staying in Poppy for over 20 years just up the street on Alma Rd but this year we needed another house to accommodate our growing family. It was absolutely perfect in every way! Cleanliness, charm, outdoor space for games of corn hole and grilling, a great outdoor shower too! Bedrooms were small, but comfortable, air conditioning was perfect for those hot humid days. "The location was perfect. It is a bit of an older house but it worked for what we needed. The house was clean on arrival and it was very spacious for our kids to run around. My only suggestion would be the it might be time to replace the window until, it was a bit dirty. Other than that everything worked and it was a great mini vacation house."
