"This property is right in the middle of Ajijic. Short walks for shopping of any kind, plenty of restaurants and a few blocks from the lake. The apartment is not fancy, as the price might indicate, but is clean and comfortable. Arturo is a very accommodating host. Staying in this apartment lets you feel and experience the true energy of this beautiful country."

"The beds werent clean. BUT everything else was good. Host communicated really well."

"Bathrooms need to be more clean and beds need linens along with towels need to be in newer condition. Everything needs to be checked before a new party comes in because 1/3 bathrooms shower and sink were super dirty. "

"Truly a beautiful and relaxing space. Really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were very hospitable and easy to work with. Located near several good restaurants, and easy to get to downtown Ajijic and downtown Chapala. Highly recommend."

"The condo is gorgeous, very clean and well stocked. One of the most beautiful condos we have stayed in. Communication was difficult and this could be improved by having a phone number to call or text instead of relying on email. It took days and almost a dozen emails to get late check out approved. We were not advised until check in day that pool was not usable. But would stay again in a heartbeat because of the comfort, beauty and amenities the condo provides."

"Hard to get there. Parking was not available. No napkins, paper towels or ice. We rented a 5bedroom villa but doesn’t exist. Only 2 bedrooms. Location was not walking distance to anything. Pros clean and no pests."

"So grateful we found this little piece of heaven. We leave with very full hearts. Ajijic has captured our hearts and we can't wait to return next year! Our accommodations were 5 stars. We were the envy of everyone we met here. Location can't be beat! Kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed some meals at home but hard to resist going to the many many amazing restaurants that surround here. We were told there are over 500 restaurants in Lakeside. All about half price from home. We used our feet for...

"Property was very modern and furnished well. Pet friendly but failed to mention distance to walk my dog. Wasnt on the Property at all but on shore of lake.Im 72 with "

"The website said toiletries and hairdryer We truly enjoyed this beautiful home and great location. I gave it 3 stars in some areas because there were no toiletries, not enough toilet paper in the casita and only 2 towels per room, no washcloths. But o we was very responsive and help getting a hairdryer and more towels "
